Apple Tree Homes, Inc. was started in 1991 in Lawrence, Kansas as a full service General Contractor specializing in new custom home & light commercial construction, residential & commercial remodeling & renovation. We provide the following services & help to our clients on a "Turn Key" or "Design Build" basis: Land acquisition, building design, interior design & selections, site plan approval, construction management, financing and complete warranty service.

We have built our Reputation as Lawrence's Premier Builder in unwavering pursuit of our primary guiding principle: "To provide our clients with Outstanding Service and Workmanship in a Timely manner." Our relationship with each client is based on Trust and Open Communication. We have always felt that when a client builds or remodels a new home they are making very personal decisions regarding a significant financial investment. Thus we work with them on a personal basis to ensure they get what they want in pursuit of their needs. By operating in this manner we have found we are of the Greatest Value to our clients.

We like to thank our clients for their part in our success. Thus, each year we invite our clients to help us celebrate Johnny Appleseed's birthday at an outing in late August.

Carol also adds her personal touch by making a fresh baked apple pie for every client upon completion of the project. Apple Tree Homes has delivered over 300 apple pies over the years!
